Robert R. Goodwin, Ph.D.
Rob Goodwin is the President & Chief Operating Office of Ligocyte Pharmaceuticals Inc., a Bozeman based company focused on developing new therapies to treat inflammatory disease. Dr. Goodwin has degrees in Bioengineering from UCLA and the University of Utah, and has extensive experience in intellectual property licensing. Formerly the director of technology transfer at the University of Rochester, he has also held business development and research positions in the medical device industry.

Darrel L. Holmes
Darrel Holmes is the Director of Operations at Bacterin Inc. in Bozeman, Montana. He previously worked as the Director of Technical Operations at Hycor Biomedical and then as a senior manager at Stratagene Cloning Systems. After moving to Montana, he became Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Big Spring Water Company. Mr. Holmes has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing activities, material management, lab testing, engineering and lab safety. He has expertise in ERP implementation, technology transfer, product design and manufacturing, as well as extensive experience in establishing quality control systems and maintaining medical device and diagnostic operations in compliance with FDA Quality Systems Requirements and ISO regulations. Mr. Holmes holds a bachelors degree from California State University Long Beach.

Thomas E. Hughes, Ph.D.
Thom Hughes has been developing ground-breaking fluorescent technologies to study protein behavior in living cells for over a decade. Dr. Hughes moved his laboratory to Montana State University in 2003 from Yale University. He holds degrees from Tufts and Duke Universities, and has done basic research at UC San Diego, The Salk Institute, and the Max Planck Institute for Brain Research in Frankfurt, Germany.  He heads the department of Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Montana State University and teaches advanced techniques in molecular neurobiology at Montana State University and The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories.
Sharon Muldoon, Ph.D.
Sharon Muldoon is the President of Muldoon Scientific Assessment Inc. an independent consulting company serving the pharmaceutical, diagnostic and academic communities. Dr. Muldoon holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry from Stanford University and a B.A. in biochemistry from UC Berkeley. Dr. Muldoon spent 14 years at Abbott Labs where she held management positions in product and business development, licensing, marketing and research and development.
